DNA testing is the most accurate and advanced technology till now to determine maternity or paternity test. A child inherits nearly half of the genes from both parents. A standard paternity test is used to prove father-child relationship conclusively. If the alleged father is not related to the child biologically then paternity test result probability should be 0% and more than 99.9% if he is biologically related to the child. If the mother of the child is willing to participate in the test, then it helps to exclude half of the DNA of child inherited from her. It makes data analysis easier.
